PILATES SCULPT + HIIT

A nutrition supported Pilates springboard  & Yoga inspired HIIT workout for a full-body workout. Our trainers coach you into perfect alignment through full range of movement as you sculpt muscles in your legs, glutes, abs, back and arms.

LIFT + SHRED

The ultimate guide to strength training for sustainable fat-loss, increased energy, and healthy body image. Our team will help you get stronger, grow lean muscle, while burning fat to get you feeling and looking amazing!

TRAIN + PERFORM

Improve strength, endurance, and agility. Perform like an athlete. Our team will coach you through progressive exercises to build core stability, increase upper and lower body strength and boost endurance and speed.   

BESPOKE

Sometimes working out with your spouse, friends, or coworkers is what takes you from good to great. Our coaches can design a program to align with the goals of the each person in your group. Benefit from extra motivation, friendly competition, accountability, and shared costs. This type of training is great for body composition transformations, wedding countdown, or prepping for a major endurance event, such as Tough Mudder, Relay Marathons, or the Spartan Race.

All of the certified trainers and instructors at PowerPlaySF have many years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Our trainers and instructors hold multiple certifications, and pride themselves on steadily evolving their expertise through continuing education and staying aligned with fitness industry progressions. We work as a team, meaning you get the benefit of varied experts coaching you at different phases in your training cycle.  

How it Works

  • Limited to 4-8 members per session

  • Must commit to a minimum of 3 months of progressive workouts

  • Must commit to a minimum of 2 coached sessions a week

  • Will receive a nutrition guide to fit you schedule and lifestyle

  • Will receive an individual initial assessment, as well as periodic assessments throughout the program

  • Build camaraderie and community with other members of the group through daily communications

  • Enjoy individual weekly progress check-ins with your coaches
