Personal Training

Personal Training is a partnership between you and us. During your initial consultation, we listen to your goals, identify things that have hindered your progress in the past, and develop a personalized program for you. Your program may include a range of training methods, including weight lifting, cardiovascular conditioning, kettle bells, Pilates, and Yoga (to name a few).  

No matter what your fitness level, we will help you achieve the results you crave! You can work either one-on-one with your trainer, or with a partner.

All of the certified trainers and instructors at PowerPlaySF have many years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Our trainers and instructors hold multiple certifications, and pride themselves on steadily evolving their expertise through continuing education and staying aligned with fitness industry progressions. We work as a team, meaning you get the benefit of varied experts coaching you at different phases in your training cycle.
