Nutritionist - Perhaps one of the most important and necessary programs to accompany your fitness regime is learning about proper nutrition. Meeting with a nutritionist one-on-one is vitally important, because everybody’s diet needs are so different. Whether you’re looking to slim down, gain muscle mass, eat for better gut health, learn new recipes to assist with dietary and allergy restrictions, cook healthful meals for your entire family, or just want to learn more about overall nutrition, we are here to set you up with a personalized nutrition plan.

Massage Therapist - When you start a new fitness regime, you can expect to feel the aches and pains of developing those new muscle fibers. Although embracing the burn can be a good thing, you shouldn’t be left suffering after you train. Regular massage sessions are highly recommended by our trainers to support any fitness and wellness program.
